O Instituto FRUTAL é uma organização social, que tem como objetivo apoiar produtores e instituições públicas e privadas, visando desenvolvimento científico e comercial da fruticultura, floricultura e agroindústria. Apresenta forma e natureza jurídica de direito privado sem fins lucrativos, rege-se por estatuto e pela legislação pertinente, com atuação em todo território nacional, o exercício social coincide com o ano civil e o prazo de duração é indeterminado.

The Institute FRUTAL is a social organization, which its objective is support producers and public and private institutions, aiming the scientific and commercial development of the fuit, flower, and livestock sectors. Present form and judicial nature of private rights non-profitable, prevail to a statute and by its pertinent legislation, acting within all national territory, the social work coincides with the civil year and unexpired period to expire.

Podemos realizar estudos e pesquisas diretamente ou em parceria, visando estimular o desenvolvimento e ampliação de cultivo em áreas irrigadas; congregar produtores, objetivando seu fortalecimento técnico e comercial, e a realização de trabalhos de pesquisa e extensão; implantação e administração de solo de qualidade para flores, frutas e derivados, bem como agenciar agronegócios, visando a promoção das áreas irrigadas e atração de investidores para setor e comercializará produtos originados das áreas irrigadas demonstrativas ou de produtores vinculadas a projetos de desenvolvimentos

We can realize studies and researches directly or with partners, aiming stimulate the development and growth of irrigated culture area; congregate producers, looking for their technical and commercial reinforcement, and to do research works and extension; implantation and administration of quality ground for flowers, fruits and derivatives, as well as intermediate business within agricultural, aiming at the promotion of the irrigated areas and attraction of investors for sector and will commercialize products originated from the demo irrigated areas or of the producers related to the projects of developments.

	Euvaldo Bringel Olinda Presidente / President Euvaldo Bringel Olinda é presidente do Instituto Frutal e coordenou a implantação e realização dos eventos FRUTAL, PECNORDESTE e FRUTAL AMAZÔNIA, vice-presidente da FACIC, produtor, engenheiro, Pós-graduação em Administração e Negócios, ex-diretor da PROFRUTAS - Associação dos Produtores e Exportadores de Frutas do Nordeste, do IBRAF - Instituto Brasileiro de Fruticultura e da FAEC - Federação da Agricultura e Pecuária do Estado do Ceará. Fundador da IOLLA, maior produtora de graviola do Brasil. Euvaldo Bringel Olinda is the president of Institute FRUTAL and organised the implantation and realization os the events FRUTAL, PECNORDESTE, FRUTAL AMAZON, vice-president of FACIC, producer, engineer, pos-graduated in Business Administration, former director of PROFRUTAS – Association of producers and exporters of fruits from Northeast, of IBRAF – Brazilian Institute of Fruit culture and of FAEC – Agriculture Federation and Livestock of Ceara State. Founder of IOLLA, largest producer of graviola “soursop”of Brazil.

	Fernando Antônio Mendes Martins Diretor Geral / General Director Expert em Comércio Exterior desde 1978. Foi coordenador e articulador de atração de investimentos da Secretaria da Agricultura do Estado do Ceará (SEAGRI), programa que gerou 8.500 novos hectares de fruticultura e floricultura, com 11.800 empregos diretos e 250 milhões de dólares em investimentos diretos. Participou de 57 feiras em 31 países. Fluente em inglês, francês, espanhol e português, com conhecimento em italiano. Expert in international business since 1978. He was director of investments attraction of the Secretariat of the Agriculture of the State of Ceará (SEAGRI), program that generated 8,500 new hectares of fruit and flower culture, with 11.800 direct jobs and 250 million dollar in investments direct as well. He participated of 57 fairs in 31 countries. He speaks fluent English, French, Spanish and Portuguese, with knowledge in Italian.

	Antonio Erildo Lemos Pontes Diretor Técnico / Technical director Engenheiro Agrônomo com experiência em fruticultura irrigada. Especialização em Agricultura Irrigada por Sistema Pressurizado em Israel e Especialização em Gestão Ambiental pela Universidade de Fortaleza – UNIFOR, Membro Efetivo do IBGE/GCEA do Ceará, Consultor do SEBRAE/CE na área de agronegócio da fruticultura, Membro Titular do Comitê Estadual do Programa do Governo Federal “LUZ PARA TODOS”, Presidente do Conselho de Consumidores de Energia Elétrica da COELCE – CONERGE, representante dos Conselhos de Consumidores de Energia Elétrica Norte e Nordeste no ONS – Operador Nacional do Sistema, Coordenador Técnico da FRUTAL Nacional desde sua primeira edição em 1994, Coordenador Técnico da FRUTAL AMAZÔNIA nas edições 2006, 2007 e 2008 e coordenador do AMAZONPEC 2008. Engineer Agronomist with experience in irrigated fruit culture. Specialized in Agriculture Irrigated by Pressurized System in Israel and specialized in Environmental Management at the University of Fortaleza - UNIFOR, Effective Member of the IBGE/GCEA of the Ceará, Consultant of SEBRAE/CE in the area of agricultural business, official member of the State Committee of the Program of the Federal Government “LIGHT FOR ALL”, Chairman of the board of Electric Energy Consumers of the COELCE - CONERGE, representative of the Advice of Consumers of Electric Energy North and Northeast in the ONS - National Operator of the System, Technical Director of the National FRUTAL since its first edition in 1994, Technical Director of the FRUTAL AMAZÔNIA in editions 2006, 2007 and 2008 and Technical Director of AMAZONPEC 2008.

	Janio Bringel Olinda Diretor Administrativo / Administrative director Graduado em Administração e em Engenharia Civil, Pós-Graduado em Marketing de Serviço pela Universidade Mogi das Cruzes/SP e em Administração pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas/SP e Universidade São Camilo/SP. Atua na divulgação internacional do evento. Graduated in Business Administration and Civil Engineering, Postgraduated in Marketing of Service for the Mogi University of the Cruzes/SP and in Administration for the Foundation Getúlio Vargas/SP and Universidade Is Camilo/SP. He acts in the international relations of the event.

	Enoch Brasil de Matos Neto Diretor de Desenvolvimento / Development Director Organização do Evento Graduado em Ciências da Religião, Pós-Graduado em Metodologia de Ensino. Atua junto a Direção Geral na captação de recursos com as instituições e empresas. Event organization Graduated in Religion Sciences, pos-graduated in Teaching Methodology. He acts along to General Director in attracting resources from institutions and companies.

	Francisco Alberto Parente Gestor de Convênio e Finanças / Manager of Accord and Finance Cursou Física e trabalhou 18 anos no Banco do Estado do Rio de Janeiro – BANERJ. Participa da FRUTAL desde 2001. Graduated in Physics and he worked 18 years in the Bank of the State of Rio De Janeiro - BANERJ. He participates of the FRUTAL since 2001.

	Djanny Rebouças de Souza Organização do Evento / Organization of the Event Graduada em Turismo, Pós-Graduada em Criação e Gestão de Eventos. Trabalha há mais dez anos no Instituto Frutal. Graduated Tourism, Pos-graduated in Creation and Management of Events. She works in Institute FRUTAL for over ten years.

	Nívia Rodrigues da Silva Organização do Evento / Organization of the Event Graduada em Comunicação Social – Publicidade e Propaganda, Pós-graduada em Marketing Planejamento e Gerenciamento. Atua como assistente na organização técnica da FRUTAL. Graduated in Social Communication - Advertising and Publicity, Pos-graduated in Marketing Planning and Management. She acts as assistant in the technical organization of FRUTAL.

	Maria Eliete Vianna Leite Comercial / Commercial Participou da organização de mais de 60 feiras. Participated in the organization of over 60 fairs.

	Nádia Cavalcante Lucas Organização do Evento / Event Organization Cursando Gestão em Marketing. Atua como assistente na organização técnica da FRUTAL. Studying Marketing Management. She acts as assistant in the Technical organization of FRUTAL.
