Ações do INSTITUTO FRUTAL no desenvolvimento da fruticultura / Actions of INSTITUTE FRUTAL in the development of the fruit culture
Nas 14 edições já realizadas da FRUTAL mais de 378.000 pessoas visitaram a feira. Houve capacitação de 14.000 produtores/técnicos em cursos, mais de 37.000 produtores vieram em caravanas além de mais de 380 palestras/painéis/seminários voltados para o interesse do público que visita o evento. Destacamos abaixo as principais ações no desenvolvimento da fruticultura e floricultura do ano de 1994 a 2007, ou seja, quinze anos “Crescendo com o Brasil”.
Actions of INSTITUTE FRUTAL in the development of the fruit culture in 14 editions already attended to FRUTAL 378.000 people they had more than visited the fair. Technician in courses have qualified 14.000 producers, 37,000 producers have come in caravans beyond more than 380 lectures/panels/seminaries directed toward the interest of the public who visits the event. We list below the main actions in the development of the fruit and flower from the year of 1994 until now the 2008, that is, fifteen years “Growing with Brazil”.
• 1994
– Realização da 1ª edição do evento FRUTAL;
– Elaboração do 1º Plano de Ação da Fruticultura Cearense.

• 1995
– Isenção do ICMS sobre importações de equipamentos;
– Missões às feiras: AGRIFOOD’95 (Buenos Aires) e FISPAL (São Paulo);
– Comitês de fruticultura em cada microregiãos do Ceará;
– Elaboração do cadastro de produtores;
– Eleição de Euvaldo Bringel Olinda como Vice-Presidente da FAEC.

• 1996
– Ampliação do horário rural irrigante no Ceará;
– Ampliação dos limites do FNE para fins de incentivo e classificação de projetos;
– Visita técnica ao pólo fruticultor do Vale do São Francisco;
– Isenção de ICMS para comercialização de hortifrutícolas dentro do Estado;
– Missões às feiras: Fispal Mercosul (Argentina), Fispal (São Paulo), SIAL (Paris), Fenagri (Petrolina) e EuroAgro (Valência);
– Intercâmbio sobre design de embalagens (Londres).
- Extension of the irrigante agricultural schedule in the Ceará;
- Extension of the limits of the FNE for incentive and classification of projects;
- Technical visit to the producers of the Valley of the San Francisco;
- Exemption of ICMS for commercialization of fruits and vegetables inside of the State;

– Missão na Feira Mercovale e visita técnica a plantação de manga, banana com microaspersão (Vale São Francisco);

– Criação do Troféu Mérito da Fruticultura;
– Pesquisa da industrialização da água de coco em parceira com o SEBRAE-CE/FINEP/EMBRAPA e produtores;
– Desenvolvimento de seis projetos de pesquisa em parceira com a EMBRAPA dirigida à fruticultura no Vale do Jaguaribe;
– Missões ás feiras: Fieragrícola (Itália), SIAL (São Paulo) e Hortitec (Holambra/SP).
- Creation of the Trophy Merit of the Fruit culture;
- Research of the industrialization of coconut water in partner with the SEBRAE-CE/FINEP/EMBRAPA and producers;

do governador do Ceará Cid Gomes e do secretário de agricultura do Pará
